Here is one for ya....

Fake it 'till you make it.

What do you think of this one? Does it sound positive or negative to you? Does it feel like this is what you are doing now? what are your thoughts......

  1. I think it is closely related to "never let them see you sweat" (which is one of mine) along with "I can do this..."

    I don't think it is negative at all, but is a way of sending your thoughts and actions in the way you wish them to run, which will help establish ruts (AKA neural pathways) which will make it easier in the long run.

  2. It also is in line with "Mind over matter." I agree with mom, I don't think it's negative at all, just a way of doing what you should be doing, when you don't particularly want to do it, and learning to want to. At least that's how I think of that phrase.

  3. I like what you both said, that is what I am doing right now, faking it till I make it.... and I do keep telling myself I can do it mom, it will get easier.

  4. I tell that to myself sometimes. Right now I am telling myself that if I pretend that I have paitence then I can actually have it.
